Luongo’s Lounge began as something simple: a way to share something homemade, heartfelt, and delicious with the people I love. I’m Alex Luongo, and focaccia has become my favourite way to show up for others — whether it’s for a dinner party, a cozy night in, or a gift that says “I thought of you.”

What started in my home kitchen quickly turned into something more. Friends and family began asking for “just one more loaf” — for birthdays, events, and even just to brighten someone’s day. Turns out, a warm, golden, cheese-crusted square of focaccia goes a long way in making people feel seen and celebrated.

So I decided to lean in.

Today, Luongo’s Lounge is my creative outlet, my side hustle, and a love letter to good food and better company. Each loaf is made in small batches using high-quality ingredients, and every flavour is thoughtfully crafted to feel both nostalgic and a little indulgent.

This isn’t mass-produced bread — and that’s kind of the point.
It’s bread with personality. Bread with purpose. Bread you’ll want to share... or keep all to yourself (no judgment).
